What makes an artist? Is it success? Popularity? In the words of successful artist, Meg Harrington, “ Art is wonderful because it allows me to express myself through a physical means”.

 

Meg Harrington was born in 1995 and has enjoyed art from an early age. From constructing beautiful illustrations to different projects, Meg always knew she wanted to attend art school. In 2014, she was accepted into VCUs School of the Arts ( Americas #1 Public Art School) where she majored in photography and film in 2018. Meg specializes in mixed media arts, creating beautiful unique pieces out of different materials. Some of her most popular works include pour paint designs protected by resin, graphic design, film photography, printmaking, and digital media. She currently works as a marketing representative for Conquest Graphics, a print production company and resides in Richmond, Virginia with her boyfriend Zac and two cats, Roxie and Lucy.
